Company Overview

QIC Asset Management (QIC AM) is among the largest asset managers in Qatar, with around USD 8 billion in Assets Under Management (AUM). Established in the Qatar Financial Centre (QFC) in 2019 and regulated by the Qatar Financial Centre Regulatory Authority (QFCRA), QIC AM upholds the highest standards of compliance, transparency, and governance.

We are a wholly owned subsidiary of QIC Group, one of the largest insurance groups in the MENA region. Founded in 1964 as Qatar’s first domestic insurance company, QIC Group is listed on the Qatar Stock Exchange (Symbol: QATI) and maintains an A- (Strong) rating from Standard & Poor’s and an A- (Excellent) rating from A.M. Best. This robust foundation ensures our clients benefit from world-class stability and credibility.

A JV with QInvest led to the birth of Epicure Islamic Investment Management EIIM, the Sharia compliant arm of Epicure IM.

Surpassed USD 8 billion in AUM, reinforcing EIM’s position as one of Qatar’s largest asset managers.

Epicure Investment Management rebranded as QIC Asset Management and Epicure Islamic Investment Management as QIC Islamic Asset Management.
